The Overcast are a 4-piece pop-punk emo band from Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire.

After forming in 2015, The Overcast have produced their first set of songs in ‘Keepsake Volume 1’ and released their latest single ‘Misery Loves Company (And It’s Better Under Lock And Key)’ in December 2016.

‘Wish You Were Here (The Best Of Me)’ offers a mixture of pop-punk elements alongside some indie/emo tones. For their first few songs, The Overcast certainly are producing polished material for their rising fan base and are working on new tracks as we speak.

As for their new music, we get a taste of what’s to come with their latest single, ‘Misery Loves Company (But It’s Better Under Lock And Key)’. This once again brings a polished track to their mix and shows that they not only have musical talent, but lyrical talent (as well as the ability to use long song titles!). With catchy choruses like these, you won’t be able to get them out of your head for a long time.

For those of you into smaller bands or wanting to give some new music a chance, definitely listen to The Overcast. You can listen and download their music for free from here! I recommend you download it while you can!
