The track highlights how Camilo are not shy to using a heavier style while still sticking to a style of softer rock. MALLORY KNOX CANCEL MORE SHOWS AFTER TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

After being caught in a traffic accident on Saturday evening, Mallory Knox have had to cancel the rest of their shows for the upcoming week. While the band are okay, they posted a statement a few hours earlier today saying they would have to cancel the rest of their shows this week due to damage to their van.

MALLORY KNOX FORCED TO DROP OUT OF FESTIVAL DUE TO CAR ACCIDENT

Hit Cambridgeshire rock band Mallory Knox have dropped out of Aerodrome Festival in the Czech Republic due to a car accident. While everyone is reported to be okay, it was stated the wouldn’t be able to make their set time today. (June 11th)

CURRENT EVENTS – CUPBOARD – REVIEW

Current Events are a small indie band from the depths of Cincinnati, Ohio. With the success of their last EP ‘Phases’, they have now decided to release their new single ‘Cupboard’. The song itself is about a breakup, but focuses more about the long-term effects of breaking off from a long term relationship and trying to pick up the pieces left behind.

TUSK – HEADROOM – REVIEW

Tusk, a Canadian rock band formed back in 2016 released their EP ‘Headroom’ back in March 2017. Offering what they call a ‘Wall of sound’, ‘Headroom’ is an EP to blow you away with its tonal variety and mix of genres.

 

Opening track ‘acupuncture’ instantly sets the tone of the EP, with its groovy sound that slowly builds up over the course of the song. Overall, the track is very calm meaning it isn’t too overpowering. Second track ‘Millenials’ starts with indie vocals alongside the mixed track unlike ‘Accupuncture’ which had more a of build up. It’s obvious with this EP that Tusk like to experiment with genre and music, and not necessarily make something cleanly structured. Continue reading “TUSK – HEADROOM – REVIEW”
