‘Hold Me Closer’ is definitely a track that subtly builds up throughout its progression through the second half of the track. At first the track is simplistic and not over complicated, yet it almost seems that the first chorus is missing the depth expected. However, despite this small oddity, the track subtly develops more, with the band taking a grip of the melancholic tones and slow yet smooth fluidity throughout.
Glass Peaks have created a track that keeps a steady fluidity and incorporates subtle details well into its backing. A strong track and certainly proves their strength
